Hand wash with warm water and mild dish soap. Dry thoroughly with a lint-free towel.

Some food may stick at first. Use extra oil until the seasoning is well established.

Avoid acidic foods (tomato, vinegar, citrus) during early uses.

You may apply 2–4 layers of home seasoning if desired, but it's optional.
