Easy Returns & Refunds (30 Days)
We want you to truly enjoy your Victoria cookware. For more than 85 years, we’ve been perfecting the balance of innovation and tradition in cast iron - and we’re proud to stand behind every piece we make. If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied within 30 days of delivery, you can return your item for a refund by following the steps below.

Unused and in their original packaging

Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return label and step-by-step instructions within 3 business days.
Please note: Packages sent back without prior approval can’t be accepted.

Damages & Order Issues
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please inspect upon delivery and contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right - our warranty probably covers it.
If you need help with seasoning and maintenance, contact us or consult our use and care section.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Items clearly marked “final sale” or “non-returnable” aren’t eligible for return.
If you item is unused but you lost the box, please contact us anyway, we may be able to accommodate the return.
Exchanges
Need a different item? The quickest path is to return the original and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds
We’ll notify you when we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if it’s approved.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of receipt.

Your bank or card issuer may need extra time to post the credit.

Refunds cover the product price only and exclude shipping or service charges.

Used or damaged returns (or unapproved returns) may be rejected or assessed a restocking fee.
If it’s been more than 15 days since we approved your return and you haven’t seen the refund, please contact us using the contact form to ensure no spam filters have prevented your email from reaching the correct team.
